Laura Napier is a California born, New York City based artist exploring behavior, sociology, and place through documentation, speculation, and participatory performance. A new performance was recently supported by the Foundation for Contemporary Arts and she was also commissioned by the Bronx Museum of the Arts to create a video exploring Emilio Sanchez's Bronx vision. She studied at Cooper Union (BFA, 1998), and Bard College (MFA, 2007).
